Employers must ensure job posts are accurate, compliant with UK employment law, and free from discrimination.
4. Job Posting Packages & Payments
Employers are required to purchase a job package before posting vacancies. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.
4.1 Payment Terms
Prices are displayed clearly on the website
Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
We do not store full credit card details
Services become active once payment is successfully processed
4.2 Employer Responsibilities
Employers must ensure that job postings:
Contain accurate, lawful information
Do not include misleading claims
Do not promote illegal or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to remove job listings that violate these Terms without refund.
5. Messaging & Communication
The website provides messaging tools to facilitate communication between candidates and employers. All communication must remain professional and relevant to recruitment.
We reserve the right to monitor conversations to ensure safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies.
Abusive or inappropriate messages may result in account suspension.
6. Content Ownership
6.1 User-Generated Content
By uploading content (such as CVs, profiles, job descriptions, or company details), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
Store, display, and use the content for website functionality
Share candidate information with employers when applications are submitted
We do not claim ownership of your personal documents.

All logos, branding, design, and written content on the website are owned by 3Roc and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without consent.
