Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will be responsible for data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, and ensuring data quality across multiple platforms.

This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with modern BI tools and data visualisation techniques. You will work closely with stakeholders from IT, finance, operations, and leadership teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from various internal and external sources

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Translate data insights into recommendations for business improvements

  • Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and database reliability

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and operational needs

  • Monitor data accuracy and implement processes to maintain data quality

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation across departments

  • Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance-tracking activities

  • Document data models, reporting structures, and analytical processes

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a data, BI, or analytics role

  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets

  • Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data functions

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices

Desirable:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation

  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline workflows

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)

  • Understanding of KPIs, financial metrics, and business performance frameworks

  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or analytical databases
